All terms of sale must follow X RAY INDIA policies for listing and selling product on XRAYINDIA.NET.

Setting and meeting expectations in a listing's terms of sale ensures a smooth transaction and buyer satisfaction, while helping X RAY INDIA remain a reputable marketplace.

What is the policy?

Sellers should provide;

• clear and accurate product information to help buyer in identifying.
• The specifications and features of the product / products
• Actual images proving real view of the product / products
• Shipping services, shipping costs, and handling time
• Delivery and Installation for the product/ Products at buyer’s location
• Prices, Discounts
• Clearly stated taxes or applicable government-imposed fees
• Items in an inventory or having an existing agreement with a third party to fulfil the delivery of the item under the terms of the listing

A “Return, Refund and Cancellation” policy: Sellers are legally bound to comply with the “Return, Refund and Cancellation” Policy for the product / products being offered by seller.  Sellers has to accept and acknowledge to adhere with the “Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy”. Ref:

Whereas X RAY INDIA’s “Return, Refund and Cancellation” Policy

• Clearly stated criteria under which a return will be accepted
• Clearly stated time period in which the buyer must notify the seller about a return
• Who will pay return shipping
• How refunds will be issued

 Activity that doesn't follow X RAY INDIA policy could result in a range of actions including for example: administratively ending or canceling listings, hiding or demoting all listings from search results, lowering seller rating, buying or selling restrictions, and account suspension. All fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action will not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.

 Why does X RAY INDIA have this policy?

Buyers and sellers are entering a contract when they complete transactions, so it's necessary to have clear details on what the transaction entails in order to guarantee satisfaction. This policy also helps sellers meet our performance standards.

General

You acknowledge and hereby agree to the above given “Seller Terms and Conditions” and that it constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of the Xrayindia.net website/app, and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications.

We reserve the right in our sole discretion, to change/ alter/ modify these “Seller Terms and Conditions” at any time by posting the changes on the Xrayindia.net website/app. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Xrayindia.net website/app. Your continued use of the Xrayindia.net website/app thereafter constitutes your agreement to all such changed “Seller Terms and Conditions”.
