Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

For Return and Refund: We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can decide to return your purchase within 7 days after delivery of the order. 

Before returning an item please either contact us via email at support@xrayindia.net  or call us at +91-9251641944. We need to be notified about the item you wish to return and the reason for your return. All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been used, recolored, or altered, and with tags still attached. We reserve the right of proof for the shipping date.

Any items purchased on SALE are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit, including items sold at promotional discounts.

Please note that all cost for the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. This includes orders with free shipping. We highly recommend that you insure all packages, as a full credit can only be issued if the ordered item is not lost or stolen.

The refund process for your order will be initiated once the return/exchange has been delivered to our warehouse. We will refund your due order amount in the form of a Credit / Coupon in your XRAYINDIA Wallet within 2 days from the date of refund request is approve thereby giving option for your future shopping with us (not Cash/E-payment in your bank account).

For Cancellation or Modification: In case you decide to cancel or modify your order, or some items in the order (PAN India):

We understand that you may change your mind or wish to modify an order after you have placed it. We request you to please connect with our Customer Support Team so that they can accommodate your request and make the necessary changes to your order.

Exceptions to Request:

•           We cannot accommodate cancellations/modifications if the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse

•           In case of modification, the requested product in place of the ordered product is not available

Please note that order modification is independent of the fact that you may have bought the product during a promotion.

In case of modification in order, after adjusting the revised ordered amount, excess amount that you paid will be refunded to you in the form of Credit to your XRAYINDIA account in the form of a Coupon which you can use for your future purchases.
